  Order online through the app! My food has always been ready for takeout when I do this and I love it. And they have almond milk! Just be careful if you're ordering anything "special" eg no cheese -- my sandwiches usually end up having cheese even though i specify and the sticker says no cheese. Otherwise can't complain!!

  This is a smaller location than most. The line can be extremely long between 8-9am. Not uncommon but this location is extremely slow. They have about 5 people working but the productivity is as if it was only 2. Don't get me wrong, my orders have always been correct and the staff is friendly. I just wish they would move faster. I would recommend ordering through the app if visiting this location. At least your order will be ready by the time you arrive.

  Thankfully, I had to use the restroom when I first came into Dunkin Donuts. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.. There was no toilet paper or soap, and therefore I left without order anything. I don't know how the employees maintain a proper clean environment without soap.

  First things first I'd like to say that Dunkin in general has dropped in quality and service. They stopped selling most food items that I loved and that really hurt me. Secondly, I come to this particular location often and I've noticed that there's always ONE person working during the mid-day shift. I don't mind it, however, it can be much faster with more people if they really wanted service and efficiency to go up here. Thirdly, I've been disappointed at this location quite a few times: for example, not too long ago I placed an order for pick up. I gave the cashier the date I was coming to pick it up, my name, time, phone number two weeks in advance. I walked in the date that I said I would and of course it was super early with a different staff member. It wasn't ready, he had no idea about the order and was confused. I wasn't happy about that of course and he took the receipt.. overall, it's safe to say depending on the person that's working that day it could be a good experience or bad experience here. I've also gotten my drinks wrong here at least once in the past week. It's really sad to see Dunkin Donuts become like this .

  If i could give zero stars i promise i would. You know how you go somewhere that's continued to mess up your order but you still go out of pure convenience? That's this place. Usually it's just something like they hand me a bacon egg and cheese instead of my plain bagel with cream cheese.... today however they decided that giving customers open packages of things is ok.
  
  I ordered a plain bagel with maple cream cheese. The guy who took my order didn't seem too sure when he was typing it in but i figured "hey it's his job not mine so I'll mind my business. He's got it!" He walked to the back and paced around a bit. Then young woman came up with the "bagel" and i heard "bacon egg and cheese" i replied "mine was a plain bagel with maple cream cheese" she walked back to the back and it bought nothing of it. 2 minutes (literally) later she came back, i asked her what was in the bag and she replied maple cream cheese. When i got out side something told me to check my bag because i felt something cold which i never do. I open it only to find an open package of cream cheese not even on my bagel that i just paid for and waited for to be corrected. I walked back in and asked the manager why it was ok that this is done. She laughed and asked me did i want her to "fix it" . I asked for my money back. That's disgusting and not at all sanitary. I have severe food allergies and that could have posed a serious health risk if it would have come into contact with something I'm allergic to.
  
  Never will i ever again step foot in here.
